HOBUKA Ltd is a local consulting and technology development firm, established in July 2010 with the purpose to provide high quality services in Rwanda and in the rest of Africa. Our consultants have a blend of experiences owing to the perfect mix of local and international best practices.

The team is composed of Rwandese engineers and expatriates, all holding relevant qualifications in their respective fields.

Our Company has senior staff and a pool of management and technical graduates with extensive experience ranging from technology development: ICT, Hydro power design and construction, technical strategic planning and service industry. Our target clients are Government Institutions, Projects, NGOs, Business Enterprises, etc.
